This is a 4-week entrepreneurship program for high school students that teaches the entrepreneurial skills and mindset through starting real companies. Students go through rigorous coursework, collaborate with peers and mentors, and use the multitude of tools surrounding them at MIT to realize what it takes to be successful in the real world. Financial aid is available! Application will open in October. ***Early application due by December 12. Regular application due by February 20.

For 11th & 12th graders. Work as a paid intern at a local nonprofit for eight weeks this summer. Also, attend the week-long Student Leaders Summit in Washington, D.C., develop leadership and career skills, and connect with like-minded students from your own community and across the country. Apply here by January 27! For 11th & 12th graders. Not just for students interested in nursing! Work at Yale-New Haven Hospital in one of the below positions. You will shadow a hospital employee and learn the skills you would need to obtain a job like them someday. This is a great learning experience to prepare you for your future! This is a paid 14-week internship that runs January-May 2017. Students work 8 hours per week, usually 2 hours a day Monday-Thursday (though schedules are flexible). ***Application instructions here.
